I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, especially chathuri, sara, and nayomi. They were pretty good too ensure i had everything i needed. i really enjoyed the food, with a great variety of rice and fruit available. the private beach was very clean and spacious. the hotel also had excellent amenities .

i did notice that the gym had a couple of machines out of service, a slight inconvenience .

The room featured a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the view, and it included two separate sinks. housekeeping provided fresh towels and maintained the room daily. It always felt clean. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Breakfast offered a wide buffet spread with many choices, including fresh fruit and local pastries. i liked the restaurant's head chef and the pastry chef. They prepared a special treat. dinner service included themed nights. A lot of international options were available.

The front office team was very helpful, providing directions and assisting with any questions i had. the staff greeted guests warmly each morning and provided attentive service. i appreciated the personalized care and attention they provided. They made everything easier.

the hotel provided a very nice experience! the kite festival that i got to see was amazing. it made the whole place so lively and colorful, with those kites flying high (i reminded me of a kid again!).

housekeeping could have been better. i found that the staff seemed more focused on getting paid right away when i arrived. it did not.
